We believe that delegates learn by different things. Delegates grasp the course content through active participation, individual questions, syndicate exercises, role-playing, audiovisuals, and discussions of real-life scenarios in their profession. We believe in collaborative learning; we ensure to invest 80% of the training time on practical syndicate exercises and engagement and 20% of the time will be the Trainer inputs and theory.
